Even the BMW dealer is leaving Scottsdale!
March 4, 2009 by Frank · 21 Comments
Man, you can’t make this stuff up. Even the BMW dealer, the bastion of phony wannabe $30k millionaires who lease 330i’s for $399/month in their attempts to trick you into believing they’re six-figure hotshots, is bailing out of Scottsdale!
Will there be anyone left other than white trash, tweekers, two-strikers fleeing from California, and illegals!
Is Scottsdale the new “909″? Wait a minute, the 909 has always been a step above the 480. Never mind.
As if it’s not funny enough to see purveyors of the $30k millionaire lifestyle bailing out, what’s even funnier is how much sales tax revenue the slimy corrupt City of Scottsdale stands to lose! Word came this week that they’re going to lay off hundreds of teachers due to lack of funds. Read more
Phoenix makes “America’s Emptiest Cities” list
March 4, 2009 by Frank · 5 Comments
Yep, it’s official. The Valley is becoming a new ghost town, with a vacancy rate of 19%.
The Forbes list officially calls the area Phoenix/Mesa/Scottsdale. Topping the list at #1 is scum-town Las Vegas, Nevada. Although having lived in both places, I can say with confidence that Scottsdale has far more shysters and con men than Las Vegas ever will!
McDowell Mountain Ranch: Over 100 Foreclosures
August 24, 2008 by Frank · 18 Comments
Whoa! I always knew McDowell Mountain Ranch was full of fakes and phonies, and it has gained the notorious nickname of ‘Wisteria Lane’ due to all the cougars living there, but now I’ve learned that there are over 100 active foreclosures in McDowell Mountain Ranch!
Then again, this shouldn’t come as any surprise. As early as 2001, I went to a party in someone’s house there, and could immediately see that the guy was your typical Scottsdale fake jackass, as were most of the guests in attendance. Read more
Retail Closures Rock NE Valley
August 14, 2008 by Frank · 20 Comments
This is just too easy. The media does all my work for me now.
The Arizona Republic reports today that retail failures and vacancies are rocking the Northeast Valley.
Hmm, is anyone actually surprised by this? It started in DC Ranch Marketplace, and now it’s spreading.
The reason for this oncoming urban blight in Scottsdale and the surrounding NE Valley areas of Phoenix is quite simple: Scottsdale never had any money to begin with. It had no disposable income. It had no “wealthy” or “affluent” residents. Read more
The Myth of Scottsdale “Wealth”
August 13, 2008 by Frank · 17 Comments

It’s happened again. A regular troll to this site posted a link to an article claiming Scottsdale is America’s 8th wealthiest city in the U.S.
After I challenged the validity of the survey for a number of reasons that I’ll get to in a moment, the troll wrote back with this statement: “I took the survey myself in 2006.”
Hmm, wait a minute here. We’re supposed to believe that Scottsdale is “wealthy” based on a survey that Scottsdale’s own residents – notorious for lying about their incomes and supposed wealth – completed themselves? Read more
Arizona #2 in foreclosures, after Nevada
August 12, 2008 by Frank · 11 Comments
No surprise here – according to this new article in the Phoenix Business Journal, Arizona ranks #2 in the nation behind only white-trash subprime Nevada in foreclosure filings.
This, of course, is no big surprise to anyone who knows the facts about the fake Arizona – and especially Scottsdale – economy over the last 7-10 years.
Arizona, and the Scottsdale area in particular, are full of people who “bought” homes on no-doc, no-money-down, no-credit-check toxic loans. They were thrilled to get in on an interest-only loan making small payments, but now that those payments are doubling and tripling, the Scottsdale phonies are getting thrown out on their asses, where they belong.
