Classy town Scottsdale is.
One dead, one critically wounded in a shooting last night at Scottsdale & Shea.
Does anyone still want to tell me Scottsdale is “nice,” “upscale,” “affluent,” etc?
Interestingly, Scottsdale & Shea is the #1 place in Scottsdale for bogus DUI arrests. Cops wait around the corner and pull over every car that comes out of the nightclub parking lots. Maybe if they did some real police work instead of busting people for bogus DUIs, incidents like this shooting would be taking place every weekend.
Amazing, I was just there.
Yesterday, Friday evening at 7:00 p.m., I counted 3 persons, all male, in Barcelona. As you know Frank, Barcelona has an open-air outdoor area that opens into the club. No one was sitting in the outdoor area.
btw, Frank than you for the recs to Phoenix City Grill (LOVE the bread pudding, in fact I brought some home with me to enjoy -1 ramekin of caramel sauce and another of a lime white sauce – poured it over the pudding (the croissant idea is brilliant) and its been soaking it in all day YUM! And the ravioli at Tutti Santi was the best I’ve ever had – even surpassed Cafe Roma in San Luis Obispo (I had it with the white sauce although they offered it with marinara too) – had the dinner-size as opposed to the appetizer size. Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Most people parked there were at some place called Gallaghers (we went to the Greenway location):/
Scottsdale = Corona, CA. And, you could throw in parts of Riverside and Chino Hills. Just got in & will post more on Scottsdale later. I saw quite a few counterfeit LV bags at Ulta and at the Scottsdale Fashion Square (when will these women realize they’re NOT fooling everyone???). However, good experiences at Smith & Hawkin, Neimans (although this Neimans, I would place in a level identical to a Macy’s at South Coast Plaza, maybe also Robinson’s -May :/)
With this site, Frank is really performing a public service, I kid you not.

Your Corona, CA comparison is so funny because I was at a party tonight and one of the guests was visiting from Arizona and fit the stereotype to a tee, while everyone else (all Orange County locals and two from LA) couldn’t believe how fake she was. The two women who live in LA were just about rolling on the floor laughing when we told them that Scottsdale thinks it’s the next LA. I said, “Maybe the next Corona, if that” … we definitely think alike!!
PS – Gallegher’s is a dumpy dive bar. It blows my mind that Tutti Santi was named one of America’s best 100 restaurants by Zagat, and on top of that it’s VERY affordable, and yet these Scottsdale losers park in front of it but instead walk over to a dump instead. Unbelievable.
Nothing to see here Frank. Its just apart of their proud “Hip Hop” culture. We all better walk on egg shells for fear we might be labeled racist. I am sure the shooting was over something highly important like an accidental stepping on ones Nikes, a pair of sunglasses, or they way someone looked at another person. The powers that be would just like us to honor this diversity and continue with our business.
I just started reading Pat Buchanan’s latest book “Day of Reckoning.” It explains that in history, the destruction and collapse of every failed nation was immediately preceded by “civil rights” and forced multiculturalism and multilingualism on the people. We are sadly following the same exact pattern.
On the bright side, I’m glad Obama as finally been exposed as just another militant racist black activist who hates “whitey.”
And this really isn’t even “south Scottsdale,” so no blame can go there.
This is for war_shu_duck. RU a racist? Get your facts straight kid. The young man who died, and his friend who got shot, did nothing to deserve this. Find yourself a hobby and quit judging others.

If you are able to comprehend my post you would see I gather this happened over some nonsense and was brought on by surly attitudes of one emulating Hip hop/club culture. Since you felt the need to ask me if I am a racist I have to ask you are you a mongrelist? I find the word racist gets thrown around very loosely these days. Anyone who says they don’t have some degree of favor or obligation to their own race is a damn liar!!! History being nothing more than a struggle for the races to survive I believe to some degree we all have a bit of favoritism and preference to our own race. If the alternative is being a mongrelist and a liar I will accept your racist label.

Most people think that blacks are a cancer on society. If we all moved to other countries and let them fend for themselves they’d turn this country into a third world dump in two weeks. They fare much better in a third world environment where they can act on their impulses without being judged by the caucasoids who have high standards and morals.
This is probably the third nightclub shooting that I’ve heard of since I’ve lived here. And all three were perpetrated by a ghetto ass bl@ck dirtbags.
Anybody that says this has nothing to do with race should move into a bl@ck neighborhood for a good dose a reality. Low morals and crime is part of their dna (and Obamas not going to fix that).
