Phoenix makes “America’s Emptiest Cities” list

Yep, it’s official. The Valley is becoming a new ghost town, with a vacancy rate of 19%.
The Forbes list officially calls the area Phoenix/Mesa/Scottsdale. Topping the list at #1 is scum-town Las Vegas, Nevada. Although having lived in both places, I can say with confidence that Scottsdale has far more shysters and con men than Las Vegas ever will!

I just returned to Austin from my first trip to Scottsdale. The entire time I was there, my friend and I had a mantra from the first minute until we finally left: “this place is a shithole.” I wondered aloud why anyone would ever live in such an ugly, tacky place. Then I met the “locals.” And I no longer wondered. Being from oil money it’s really easy to spot who had money and who doesn’t. People in Scottsdale don’t. So we called them “pretenders.” I will never return to that shithole in my life. People that live there are so fucking clueless. Someone needs to tell those idiots that it takes more than good weather to make a city worth living in.
Hear, hear. I don’t have oil money. What I do have is a house that is paid for in N. Scottsdale and some money in the bank. Guess this makes me lucky?? I question it. If it were not for the paid for house, I would get out of this hell hole.
Scottsdale is a stinking, iching, swelling yellow headache of a place. The system here has no SOUL…total police state as soon as I drive across the border the Nazi checkpoints and surveillance begins …my license suspended for a SCAMERA ticket that I was never served on…I am from oil money in Texas…and know a poser and the valley is chocked full of them.especially the judges..
..I always find out that” this dog cant hunt” with most people here…as long as there are shopping malls and credit cards are accepted then its a mecca for the $300 sunglass crowd…with out a clue or care about real world issues ….how many kids can you feed in Africa with that $300 purse that is playing pac man on your high intrest credit card from hubby….
As far as the BMW dealerships …remember BMW stands for Burn My Wallet
its just desserts for the material world crowd..they just cant figure out that they must change their operational template…..those car dealers screwed people for years and now the universe is bitch slapping them into submission…Gaia works that way….its the ultimate Scottsdale customer abuse program…
