About

Welcome to Scottsdale Sucks! This site is a bastion of truth, revealing the facts about Scottsdale, home of shysters, con men, fakes, phonies, poseurs, and bottom-feeders of all sorts. Home to “New Yorkers who couldn’t make it in New York” and other rejects – see the photo – Scottsdale is like a mecca for wannabes who want to feel “affluent” but can’t afford a real affluent community, along with endless criminal types who choose to reside in Scottsdale because being surrounded by other shysters and con artists provides the safety of anonymity.
This site is run by Frank Rumbauskas, a former Scottsdale resident who is now a New York Times bestselling author residing in Newport Beach, California.
Why would a former resident keep this up, you ask?
It’s quite simple, really. This site is a public service. The tragedy of families who believed their Scottsdale realtor and the bogus propaganda of the City of Scottsdale, only to have their happy lives turn miserable once they realized they’d moved to America’s Snake Pit, could have been prevented.
The purpose of this site is to warn would-be Scottsdale residents of just what a hellhole the place really is, how nasty and rude the people are, and how the city and police abuse their powers to extort money from honest citizens.
And, we have fun here. There is no more entertaining and more laughable group of people in the world than the residents of Scottsdale, and we take advantage of that fact!
There’s a serious side too. We talk a lot of politics here, especially about the unbelievably corrupt City of Scottsdale and the Scottsdale Police Department, which would perhaps be more appropriately named the “Scottsdale Department of Revenue.” Only on Scottsdale do you go to jail for DUI for having one beer, only to return home from jail to find a pile of photo radar tickets waiting in your mailbox.
These are serious issues, and we bring serious attention to them. This situation largely exists because the citizens of Scottsdale are a lazy indifferent bunch, but maybe a few strong people can change things.
Anyway, that’s what this site is all about. Enjoy it, leave comments after the posts, and most of all, have fun!
