Well, judging by these photos of DC Ranch marketplace, it looks like those bland
stucco houses will be selling for pennies on the dollar very soon (some already are)....

These photos also prove that there was never any real wealth in north Scottsdale.
Never has been and probably never will be - money doesn't move to the hot barren desert.

All of the money spent in Scottsdale was coming from credit cards and
home equity credit lines. Now that the credit cards are maxed out and the
subprime mortgage free-for-all is over, there's no more spending money left
in north Scottsdale, and these pictures of DC Ranch marketplace prove it.

The "$30,000 millionaires" are back to reality - actually having to live on their
$30,000 a year salaries ... no more BMWs, Escalades, big houses, and drinking & drugs:
